Open the Muslim Prayer App on your Fire TV.
Navigate to the button “Setup” and click it.
The setup screen appears. On the Tabs navigate to the tab “Discord”.
First we need to import the Discord token which we have uploaded to the Fire TV disc. To do this click on “Import Token”.
If everything is fine, a success message appears. Now we have to enter your Discord username and the Discord server name.
Replace “jabba185” with your Discord username and “Christoph’s server” with your Discord server name. Then click on “Join/Unjoin” to join the Discord server.
If everything is fine, a success message appears. Now you are ready to use Discord for Prayer notifications. Muslim Prayer App adds two new channels to your Discord Server a text-channel with the name : text-yourusername-yourdiscriminator and a voice channel with the name: voice-yourusername-yourdiscriminator. You can choose to send prayer notifications as a text message to the text channel or making a voice announcement in the voice channel.
To send a text message choose the “Send text message” radio button. You can then choose the message language and if you want to sent a text-to-speech message. By clicking “Send Discord test message” you can send a test message in the text-channel.
To send a voice announcement in the voice channel select the “Send voice message” radio button. You can then send a test voice message. To hear the message you must join the Discord voice channel and select “Open voice”. Now everything is completed.
